Vegetable cutlets are made by combining a variety of veggies and other ingredients. Cutlets are good starter snack as well as supper options. This recipe is made using Glen Rapid Fryer. You can try the same without any problem.
Boil and peel potatoes. Add carrot, capsicum & cabbage.
Mash the potatoes with vegetables
Dip the slice of bread in water and squeeze out the water. Add it to the mixture. Put in salt as per taste.
Divide the mixture into small round flattened discs.
Coat the cutlets into the cornflour mix and then roll them over bread crumbs
Brush them with little oil and fry in the preheated Glen rapid fryer for 15 min at 180˚. Turn them after 8 minutes for proper texture and color.
Remove afterward and serve hot with sauce or dip.
