MAJOR DAMAGED PRODUCT SENT BY GLEN???
I had purchased the 6070 JU Chimney(Order no: 27226) on 12/04/24. I received the chimney and today when the service center counter part OM SAI Enterprise came for installation, they told me after opening the box that the Housing container motor is damaged. This motor only Glen is giving life time warranty and how can Glen send the chimney without checking puts a multibillion question on their QC and dispatch team. When contacted their customer service they gave me the no of their sales team. Sales team asks me to write email for replacement. I am totally dissatisfied with the company and product.

I have purchased this chimney online from Glen website on 18.06.2022.
After so many repeated requests The technician came to install and informed us that it's motor housing is broken
I am complaining to the customer care so many times but there is no response. My chimney is simply kept in the carton waiting for it's repair .
I am highly dissapointed and will say very very poor response and support.
I will suggest not to buy chimney online from the website.
