The Glen 2011 cooking range with 4 aluminum alloy burners is a classic addition to your modern kitchen. There is 1 triple ring burner and 3 aluminum alloy burners for convenient cooking. It has strong enameled pan supports to accommodate heavy utensils easily. It also has matt steel drip tray to clean the spill over easily. The separate grill chamber allows simultaneous baking and grilling. With the large viewing window, the users can easily have a glance at the food getting cooked inside. The ergonomic black knobs with firm grip ensures hassle free operations.

I bought my Glen cooking range in Dec 2018. The oven door was tight and the rackes in the oven wee misaligned.
Within a month of my using it, I had to call the installation people to clear my burners as they were not burning properly.
By the end of 2019, my cooking range started showing signs of rusting.
By June 2020, my auto ignition stopped functioning and the servicing people said that they cant repair as the wires wee corroded.
The burners are of poor quality, workmanship is pathetic and the metal used is of extremely poor quality. I am a very disappointed customer and extremely unhappy with the company.

We got delivery of the product on 14th September 2022. When contacted for installation, the service engineer came on 16th (after 48 hours) and found that SOME SCREWS ARE MESSING. Accordingly he said he will re visit on Sunday. But didn't turn up. When called, he was saying he can come only after Thursday (after one week!!)
When contacted the company and service centre, both informs to revert back soon. If the missing screws were available, we would have arranged for it's installation ourselves.
Now the product becomes unusable... and has to wait for thr mercy of the service staff, as the company doesn't have more than one service personnel.

We were on leave for the last 5 days expecting it's delivery and installation. Now we have to resume duty.

IF THIS IS THE CASE, WHAT WILL BE THEIR SERVICE IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEM WHILE USING THE PRODUCT. WE HAVE TO KEEP A BACK UP COOKING SYSTEM FOR DAYS AND WEEKS....
If the company couldn't send the missing parts, we are left with no option to move legally to get the product returned and get our fund refunded.

SO NEVER MAKE PAYMENT TILL YOU GET IT INSTALLED.

Good device.
Only suggestion is to include price for installation and LPG to png pin conversion in the cost of the device.
