I bought GLEN OTG model SA5035BLRC from this GLEN official website on 31st Jan 2026 and it got delivered today I.e., 4 th February 2026 . I checked the specification from the website and saw that the Thermostat had a range till 250 degree Celsius . The same was seen in other websites like Flipkart and Amazon .

Just before raising the complaint I had cross checked again in the website and it was showing 250 degree Celsius and I had taken a screenshot also . In Flipkart and Amazon the said model still has thermostat range till 250 degree Celsius. Buying from official website also does not guarantee the correct product then how can we trust .
