I purchased the Glen 11 fin (HA 7012 OR 11) heater on January 4, 2024, and encountered a major issue just 14 days later when it abruptly stopped working. Despite reaching out to customer care on January 18, 2024, urgently requesting assistance due to extreme winter conditions and the product being used by a patient, my concerns were blatantly ignored. This is the first time I've faced such a disappointing situation with a newly bought product breaking within a month, especially considering the supposed 2-year guarantee. I've bought numerous products in my life of various brands but this type of experience not happened earlier which led me to conclude that Glen products may contain duplicate and cheap-rated parts. I won't be purchasing Glen products again and strongly advise other consumers to steer clear due to both subpar products and unsatisfactory customer support services.

Very bad heating experience. Doesn't heat the room after 2 hrs also. Didn't expected such a money wasting product from Glen!!
