Not stand on their words n promises....
On the time of purchasing they promised for several things...but after buying their product...they deniel for whatever they should have to stand for.....
No service provided after paying the amount......

Ever since the chimney was delivered, no one came to install it. Tried many times that someone should come but still did not come. Contacted Glen's customer care but did not get revert. Got a reply once but till now none has come. Apart from this, there are no accessories in it. I have been in a lot of trouble since buying this.
