I'm Vivekanandan Sanjeevi from Chennai, I have purchased the GLEN - Cooktop - GL1035 product from CHAKARA, Alwarpet, Chennai branch on 23-10-2023 by paying full amount.

Auto ignition is not working on the left side of the big burner and We are facing this issue from the very first day onwards, Technicians came and tried multiple time to resolve the problem but they were not able to resolve the issue and we got an irresponsible reply from the branch manager.

We are not satisfied with the above product because of the auto ignition issue, so I request you to provide replacement or refund the amount 12,500/- which we have paid for the above mentioned product.
