The experience of ordering from the official website was pathetic. Had to do multiple followups to get bills and get installation done. Even to schedule a visit was a hassle, and even till date the burner sometimes has an issue of random ignition of different burner than intended. It's better to order from Amazon, Glen's official processes are a mess.

I recently purchased a 4-burner glass gas stove (Order ID: #14666) from Glen Appliances for approximately Rs. 15,000 after considering the brand image have gone through with Glen Appliances, I was very excited when I ordered the burner glass after reading the online reviews because I wanted to buy from a reputable brand rather than a local store which will be much cheaper. However, the purchasing experience did not live up to expectations.
They were extremely careless in packing the product. When the product was delivered to me, it was broken, and a few items were missing. When I complained on that very instance I opened the packaging, the team was extremely slow to respond to my concerns. The technician did not arrive on the promised day and instead came after another of my complaints. Even after his repair, the work was subpar. The technician did very poor work with no proper fitting, and even after I requested a replacement, nobody showed up, and it was not enough that nobody even thought to reply to me regarding the complaint.
In terms of customer satisfaction and communication, the Glen Appliances team is completely hopeless. I hope they will look into the replacement request and provide further service with respect.
