WE HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT TO BLUE DART IN CASH Rs 4400 (Bill attached)
Complaint Job No SB/2023/6/DL/671185
and after opening have found the following problems:

1* Lid of Jar Missing..( see photo attached)
2* Mixer main body stand (2 knobs) missing ( see photo attached)
3* On the speed indicator knob the nos..like 1/2/3/ as shown in the image on your website are missing
4*" Glen" brand name is missing on the mixer main motor body ( see photo attached)
We are not sure if the product is genuine /or faulty so pl replace the entire product at the earliest. This is not what we expected as we ordered from https://glenindia.com/

The mixer grinder is efficient and works well. It is a great addition to the kitchen.

Glenn MG SA-4030 Plus is not recommended for purchasing.
I am highly disappoint to buy this mixer.This company do not to know even how to design the product.They uses some so called 750watt motor (which is true) and keep the mixer body with low quality plastic.
I purchased this product Feb 2021 and used very few times and from few times usage their mixer body got cracked.
I am sure indeed in future you will get these types of complains and then you will get my complain.
