Very cheap quality plastic tray. And glen after sales service is worst. They are unable to provide me the egg boiler tray even after 2 months. I got a call from service center after 2 months to get the tray but when I visited service center i found that one tray was used and the other was cracked. After they i again call at the company office but they were not listening to my problem and gave me another number of their higher officer Named Abhay but he is not picking up the phone. Don't buy any product of Glen otherwise you will repent.
