Glen Mobile Experience Van Launched In Lucknow

Glen has taken a step ahead in reaching the customers with the launch of the first “Glen Mobile Experience Van”. It is a compact van, displaying 8 chimneys, 8 hobs and 16 cooktops in addition to some small appliances.

The Van will be parked early morning at Parks where morning walkers go, in the afternoon at busy shopping areas and in the evenings near the good eating joints. On weekends it will be parked at the upcoming housing societies where house owners visit to get the interior work done.

It was the brainchild of Bunmeet Singh and his passion to create something new and add a new dimension to his father’s business which saw the successful flagging of Glen Experience Van on 10th February 2019.

Bunmeet is a LLB Graduate from Amity University. He is the son of Mr. Narendra Pal Singh Grover, who has been a part of Glen family as a distributor since the year 2000. His father has been running the distribution business of Glen in Lucknow and then opened the first gallery in the year 2009 and the second was opened in 2011, third one in 2012 and 4th Gallery in 2018.

He felt that with Lucknow expanding he is still not in a position to cover the new and upcoming areas so is on the look out to open a couple of more galleries. So when he shared his this dream with his son, Bunmeet came up with an innovative idea. He left his job at a Delhi Law firm and started working on the innovative idea to reach the nook and corners of ever expanding Lucknow through the Glen Mobile Van. He worked relentlessly for 40 days and made this dream come true.

Glen salutes and recognize his efforts and wish him all the success in this first project of his.

Glen has always paid special emphasis on reaching the customers by going closer to the customers and this a small step towards that direction. Learning from this pilot project many more Vans will be created all over the country to reach to the customers and help them make their buying decisions.
